    We always ask our owners to tell us what they feel makes their home special. Here are their favorite things in their own words…
    •The house is on a cul-de-sac with practically zero traffic. It’s very quiet and a great place for kids to play safely.
    •The house is next to a large common area, which means we really only have one other house in close proximity to ours. This gives us the feel of having twice the land.
    •The next door neighbors have lived in their house for 30 years. They are really friendly and have helped us a lot. You really couldn’t ask for better neighbors.
    •The house is in one of the most central locations in Sterling. It’s within 5 minutes to Route 28, the Dulles Toll Road & Route 7. It’s about a 5 minute drive to the Dulles Airport, a 10 minute drive to the Herndon/Monroe Park and Ride, and a 15 minute drive to the Wiehle/Reston East Metro station. For people commuting into Tysons Corner or DC, you can’t get a better location in Loudoun County!
    •The Washington and Old Dominion trail is walking distance from the house.
    •The basement is finished and it’s very big with lots of potential to be used for different things (we used it as a family room and it was our favorite and most used room).
    •The yard is very big compared to other houses in the area (second largest in Dominion View). Great for kids and dogs!
    •We think it’s a great house for young families and first-time homeowners who don’t want to live in a townhouse. The house has a huge yard making it very private and utilities are low!
    •We feel Stablehouse Drive is one of the nicest streets in this part of Sterling. Many other residential streets in the area have more traffic.
    •There is a nice walking trail that connects several communities and its right in front of the house.
